The Ohio House of Representatives will vote today, June 27, to extend Fiscal Year 2023 for one week to have more time to deliberate on the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 budget.
Having more time will enable the Conference Committee to revisit policies that were cut in the Senate version of the budget, our final chance to make our voices heard.
We have asked you for weeks to send emails and contact your policymakers asking them to ensure Ohio's children and families are prioritized in the budget. Thank you. You are being heard.
If you're on Twitter, tweet at your representatives - RIGHT NOW - and demand that they RESTORE Governor DeWine's children's budget.
Please take half a minute to help restore HALF A BILLION DOLLARS IN CUTS that impact kids.
